Jigme Tshering, had been working as a tour guide, tour leader and also managed an travel agent for more than a decade. He had led numerous tour groups from all over the world. Despite being actively involved in varying aspects of tourism business he was very successful tour guide. He is a trained and well experienced tour guide. He had been leading both cultural and trekking groups. Having travelled to every part of the country he has acquired commendable knowledge of all the cultural sites and trekking routes in the country. Since, he had worked in the industry as one of the best guides, he had the opportunity of leading and working with various nationalities with different religious and cultural background. This also taught him how to deal with people of various nationalities and cultural background.

Though he manages the travel company, he often travels with his company's guest as a guide or tour leader, whenever he is free. Since, guiding has been a profession that he had always been enjoying, he still wants to continue doing it as and when he gets time and opportunity. He is a person who is known more as a guide than the Manager. He is charming, sincere, has excellent knowledge about the country, and speaks English fluently, which adds onto his guiding skills. He always takes good care of his guest and makes sure that the guests see more of Bhutan during their tour. His personal goal is to keep leading groups and travel around the country with his guests.
